All our products are name brand originals. We never sell copies, or expired merchandise.

What are my payment method choices?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. We can also accept PayPal, cheques and postal orders.

When do you charge my credit card?
When you place your order, we will attempt to obtain an authorisation for the total order amount. An authorisation will check to see if the credit card is valid and may reserve the funds. This is not the same as charging your card.
We utilise address verification service to verify your credit card billing information. If the bank requires more information, we will send you an email message to you or contact you by phone.
Your card is usually charged when your package is shipped or part-shipped. Back orders are usually sent out automatically when new stock arrives, however, you may wish to add to or amend your order, which is no problem at all.

How much does shipping cost?

Please note, however, there are certain parts of the UK where the shipping will cost more due to the location, we will notify you via email if this is the case and confirm the actual shipping cost and whether you still wish to continue with your order. This will also affect the £99.00 order value offer, as we cannot cover the cost of this.

For example, post Codes like AB & IV and places like Isle of Man and Isle of Wight, etc. are affected.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
U.K. orders will be shipped via ParcelForce or Recorded Delivery from Royal Mail which require a signature on delivery. Most packages arrive within 5 business days, ParcelForce is a 48 hour service, and we do provide a 24 hour delivery service for an extra £3.00 (£6.95). Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information is accurate. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email.

To track a recent order you will need your Order Number. Your order number will be emailed to you when your order is confirmed. Send us an email to request your tracking information and we will provide all the info you need.

What is your returns policy?
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example, missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 3 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either Email or telephone (01295 277283). We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (3) business days.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. You may be charged a restocking fee (to a maximum of 20% of the purchase price).

We cannot process a return based on the fact that you do not like a particular product due to the fixed costs of delivery.

How do I return an item?
Return authorisation is required. Email us or call us on 01295 277283 prior to shipping your package back. Non-authorised returns may be refused delivery.

We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error. Returns must be shipped directly to LimiTeds.com via a preapproved shipper. Under some circumstances, we may have our shipping company collect from your original delivery address.
